Financial customer support, with review kept explicit.
A proposed assurance workflow for consequential AI applications in regulated financial institutions.
Start with a servicing assistant.
The demonstration explains synthetic loan-servicing policies, checks read-only account access and routes disputes or hardship to a person. It does not make lending decisions, determine eligibility, move money or connect to a bank.
V2 corrects the fee response, privacy behavior and dispute routing. It also misses the hardship escalation. That regression is visible beside the improvements, and the aggregate gate remains FAIL.

These are discovery prompts, not claims about a universal buying process.
- A new customer-facing application is approaching deployment.
- A prompt, model, retrieval source or application rule has materially changed.
- A validation cycle, audit, examination or internal policy asks for evidence.
- An incident raises questions about behavior and escalation.
Find the accountable reviewers.
Model risk, AI validation, governance, compliance and technology teams may participate. Titles and responsibilities vary. A useful evaluation identifies the person accepting the evidence, the owner of the system and the people responsible for security, privacy and procurement.
The first comparison is your existing process: internal validation work, cloud tools, evaluation frameworks, governance systems and advisers. If that process supplies the evidence efficiently, a separate product may not be needed.
Evidence supports a decision. It does not make one.
Results apply to the specified system version, evaluation policy and tested cases. Missing evidence remains visible. Human review is a separate record.
Nikxius does not determine regulatory compliance, approve financial AI or establish that a system is safe. Representative domain coverage and institutional reviewer acceptance remain unvalidated.
